As AI increasingly becomes the first place people search, brands need content thatβs structured, extractable, and technically sound. Weβre growing fast with strong inbound demand, enterprise interest, and a category that is defining itself in real time. Now weβre hiring a Founding Sales (EMEA) to build and scale our commercial motion, open new markets, and turn AI-search visibility into revenue. This is a role for someone who can hunt, qualify, build relationships, and close, while shaping the commercial foundation of a fast-moving AI startup.
π Your Mission
Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
Own outbound pipeline creation across EMEA
Identify and target high-potential ICPs in SEO, content, digital transformation, and marketing leadership
Develop personalized outreach across LinkedIn, email, events, and partner ecosystems
Turn interest into qualified conversations and active opportunities
Sales Discovery & Consultative Selling
Lead first-touch discovery with prospects
Understand their AI search challenges, workflows, and acquisition strategies
Run demos, explain the value of AI-search visibility, and translate insights into commercial impact
Map stakeholder needs and guide prospects through evaluation and pilot stages
Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
Build relationships with agencies, SEO/GEO consultancies, martech partners, and AI tooling companies
Identify co-selling, co-marketing, or integration opportunities
Develop partnership motions that feed predictable pipeline
Deal Management & Revenue Execution
Own deals from qualification to signed agreement
Manage multi-stakeholder cycles across mid-market and enterprise
Work closely with founders on pricing, packaging, and value articulation
Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Market Intelligence & ICP Refinement
Feed real-time customer insights back into GTM, product, and strategy
Help refine ICPs, industries, and verticals where Visiblie wins strongest
Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities
Influence roadmap through field intel
Category Evangelism & Thought Leadership
Represent Visiblie across events, communities, podcasts, and LinkedIn
Become a trusted voice on AI-search visibility, discovery, and the shift beyond traditional SEO
Help educate the market on why this category matters β and why it matters now

Have 3β7 years in B2B SaaS sales or business development, ideally selling marketing, SEO, martech, or analytics tools
Are a hunter β energized by outbound, conversations, and opening doors
Are excellent at discovery, qualification, and consultative selling
Thrive in 0β1 early-stage GTM environments where you help shape the motion
Can speak confidently about SEO, content, visibility, and digital acquisition
Are relationship-driven, curious, and commercially sharp
Know how to turn an early-stage category into revenue
Are fast, autonomous, and comfortable iterating with founders
